Pamela Howard of Road to Resolution Mediation and Conflict Management has been mediating since first becoming an accredited member of the Mediators Institute of Ireland (MII) in 2011. She later achieved Advanced Mediator status having practiced in workplace, family, and community settings. Pamela has significant experience of working with individuals, couples, and families to improve their relationships, reduce stress and have better engagement. Pamela has helped clients achieve positive solutions to complex life issues, to address long-term conflict and constructively agree difficult decisions together and make plans to follow them through. Her practice has helped her develop skills in co-mediation, become practiced in working collaboratively and intuitively with colleagues and utilise reflective practice consistently to review interaction with clients. Pamela is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families to improve relationships and better manage conflict and stress. She is currently undertaking training to become an accredited member of the Elder Mediation International Network. In addition to her mediation practice, Pamela is an active member of the MII’s Accreditation Policy and Ethics Committees. She is also committed to continuing her professional development, a requirement of membership of these professional bodies.
