Qualifications: Garth has been working with individuals and groups in pastoral and chaplaincy settings for over 20 years.  He has completed the MSc in Psychotherapy at Dublin City University and is now working towards accreditation with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Experience

Whilst studying, Garth worked at Fairview Therapy Centre and in a community counselling service. His professional career has given him experience working with people enduring the effects of issues like bereavement, ill-health, depression, trauma, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders and sexual and emotional abuse on everyday life.

 

Underpinning Philosophy 

Each client has different needs, and as an integrative psychotherapist, Garth works with each client to discover what approach to psychotherapy best suits them.  In the safe space of the therapy room, Garth and his clients build their therapeutic relationship to support the client’s journey towards healing and wholeness.

 

Garth works with individuals and couples aged 18 or over.
