With over 28 years of experience working with adults and adolescents, Maeve is a psychotherapist and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) practitioner dedicated to helping both adults and children overcome their challenges and achieve personal growth. In addition to her core training as a psychotherapist, Maeve holds a qualification in supervision for psychotherapists and social care workers. Her on-going education demonstrates Maeve’s commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in the field of psychotherapy, ensuring that she can provide the most effective and evidence-based care to her clients. Maeve’s approach to therapy is client-centred, focusing on the unique needs and goals of each individual.
