Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist

Bláthín Monaghan

Bláthín is an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. As a psychotherapist, Bláthín works in a person centred manner and endeavours to bring awareness, understanding, wellness and healing to all aspects of one’s mind, body, heart and spirit.
She believes that through embracing our wounding, we can clear the way, to create our own path and to live fully. Finding truth in the statement, that mostly it is loss that teaches us the worth of things. In her therapy room all parts of you are welcome.

Her areas of expertise include but are not limited to low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, addictions, anger management, sexuality, stress, bereavement, social isolation, and personal development.

She has been working with clients since 2017 and has a background in education working as a Primary teacher with over 10 years’ experience.
It is her great privilege to sit with another and to witness their journey unfolding and to help them to face the challenges in life. In doing this sacred work it becomes possible once again for a person to connect more deeply and to awaken to their gifts and potential that lie just beneath the surface.
